BDSM, restraints, leather, collars, threesomes+, other kinky things~Won't DrawIf you're not sure if your request includes any of these or isn't listed, you can ask.Mecha/geometric robots (smooth rounded ones are okay, and so are prosthetic parts)
Kinks that are too much- scat, yellow rain, inflation
Gore, guts, vore, excessive blood (some is okay), endoscopic views, torture.
Any racism, body shaming, etc.
Real people or celebrity likeness. A specific trait is okay. If you want yourself drawn you need to provide proof of you being 18+ and that it is yourself.
Minors. Non-sexual depictions are okay.✧✧✧✧✧ General ✧
• The commission will be discussed before payment.
• Any reference is a good reference. A short description of the character, their pose, outfit, hair, expression, demeanor, etc. will be asked for. Please provide good quality images for your references.
• Completion time to expect is 2-4 weeks. I will notify you if I get super busy or life throws a whammy.✧✧ Copyright/Usage policy ✧• I retain all rights to post commissions on social media (with and/or without credit to the commissioner) or to use them as work examples in the future.
• I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use (unless stated otherwise). No reselling, nfts, merch, or commercial use.
• The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given.
• Purchasing the COMMERCIAL RIGHTS is available for discussion.✧✧ Process ✧• Agreement to accept your commission, half payment upfront.
• Sketch will be provided as a screenshot.
• Full payment after accepting the sketch.
• I will send lines and colored art for minor adjustments and colors to be okayed.
• If your commission is taking longer than 14 days and you haven't seen an update on it (I didn't message you about the holding), you can send me a message about it. Please do not send daily check ups!
• You will receive a full res .PNG of the finished artwork.
• Usually I will try for 2-4 weeks but life can dump a pile of stuff on you unexpectedly. I will inform you if I need additional time.
• If there is a queue there may be additional time depending on location in the queue. I will inform you if there is and when I get to your art.✧✧ Misc. ✧• If I forget a detail previously discussed, there will be no charge to add it.
• Too many requests for changes will include an additional fee. These are best done at the sketch phase.
• Completed commissions can only be changed slightly if needed (color palette only).
• These are digital commissions only. There will be no physical item.
• If you need the art by a certain time please inform me BEFORE we begin. A short time frame will cost more.
• If the art is a gift, I can delay my own posting of the art until a certain time.✧✧ Payment ✧• Pay is 50% upfront and 50% after approved sketch - or 100% upfront. Sketches are 100% upfront.
• All payments are conducted via PayPal invoice. I do not accept crypto.
• Full refunds for work already started or finished are not possible. Partial refund is available.
• If I need to cancel the commission on my end, I will give you a refund.
• Proceeding with any amount of payment means you agree to my ToS.✧By commissioning me you confirm you understand and agree with these terms and conditions.
